FOUNTAIN OF LIFE Tanya Freedman

At this moment I'm still an empty vessel. He is disappointed he's not going to be a father I wonder will he roam to another? Again and again, bloody month after month I want to die, rather than philosophise about the Fountain of Life. Maybe next time.
I see it in my dreams, a baby girl or a boy, They say, as long as its healthy, I don't care. I pray to God, I so want to be a mother, if I only dare.
It hurts to see his expression when I come out of the bath, with tears in my eyes and my heart being torn apart. How many times can I be strong? What is it that I've done wrong? A baby is not an ornament to me, it is the pull of the Fountain of Life. Maybe next time.
I come out of the bath, on cloud nine. The water flowed blue, the test says it's happened this time! I'm now a filling vessel, full of love and pride. I sleep as deep as the blue sea, I'm flying as high as a kite.
Now is the right time, to drink from the Fountain of Life.

| LOVE IS..... Tanya Freedman
Love is a new born baby,
Love is an oasis where water flows eternally fresh,
Love is a clock that need not winding,
Love is a house filled with warmth,
Love is the shining sun of pure gold,
Love is the moon of blue never obscured by cloud,
Love is a face that need no disguise,
Love is an undying fire in the heart of a snowy night,
Love is nature's wonder of the delicate smell of a spring flower,
Love is experience, Love is vulnerability,
Love is a genuine belly laugh, Love is a romantic bath.
Love is a school-girl's contagious giggle Love is a wobbly baby's wiggle.
Love is a man in beguile with a happy dazzling smile.
Love is a candy-floss cloud, Love is saying "I adore you" aloud.
Love is you,
Love is .....
